At Raceline Wheels, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wheels are unused and unmounted, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare for Shipment
Carefully pack the wheels in their original factory packaging, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the return label and RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the wheels for mounting marks or damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
